Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Ascencio Future Inc, doing business as Ascencio Fitness (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and payment plans for our digital products and coaching services.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products (Guides, PDFs, Downloads)

This includes, but is not limited to:

Beginner Guide

Full Hormone Guide

Any other digital guides, PDFs, templates, or downloadable resources

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are offered once access or download links have been delivered.

You are responsible for entering the correct email address and downloading your files in a timely manner.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., broken link, missing file), please contact us at ascenciomethod@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will ensure you receive proper access to your product.

2. Coaching Programs & Services

This includes, but is not limited to:

Guide + Coaching Lite – Menopause Reset + Coaching Support

1:1 coaching packages

VIP coaching or other high-touch programs

Any recurring or subscription-based coaching

2.1 No Refunds After Start Date

Once your coaching program has started (e.g., you receive your plan, have your first call, or gain access to coaching resources), no refunds are provided.

This applies whether you pay in full or through a payment plan.

2.2 Minimum Commitment

Certain coaching programs require a minimum commitment of 3 months (or as stated on the specific sales page).

By enrolling, you agree to complete the minimum term, including all scheduled payments.

2.3 Payment Plans & Subscriptions

If you choose a payment plan or recurring subscription, you are responsible for making all payments as agreed at checkout.

Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of participation or early termination by the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.4 Late or Failed Payments

If a payment is late, declined, or fails, your access to coaching and/or program materials may be paused until payment is brought up to date.

If your plan lapses or is cancelled due to non-payment and you wish to resume, a reactivation fee of 25% of the remaining balance or new program cost (as applicable) may be required before restarting.

We reserve the right to terminate access to coaching or programs if repeated failed payments occur.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Sessions)

This section applies to coaching calls, check-ins, or other scheduled sessions.

3.1 Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a coaching session.

You may request a new time by emailing ascenciomethod@gmail.com or using the method specified in your program (e.g., booking link/app).

3.2 Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion and will not be refunded or credited.

Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are typically treated as used sessions and are not refundable.

We aim to be flexible, but we also honor our time and scheduling boundaries to serve all clients fairly.

4. Program Changes & Early Termination

If you wish to pause or stop your coaching program before the end of the minimum commitment:

You must send a written request via email to ascenciomethod@gmail.com.

In most cases, no refunds are given for unused time once the program has started.

Any remaining payments on a payment plan may still be due, consistent with the minimum commitment and agreements made at purchase.

In rare situations (e.g., major medical events), we may, at our sole discretion, offer options such as pausing the program or applying partial credit toward future services. This is handled case-by-case and is not guaranteed.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first at ascenciomethod@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it with you directly.

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer for a valid, delivered product or service may result in immediate termination of access to all programs and materials.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide proof of purchase, delivery, and communication.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
