Q4. What is “Program Only”?
Program Only is a done-for-you training plan with structure, schedule, progressions, and video cues—but no check-ins, no DM support, and no nutrition coaching. It’s perfect if you’re self-motivated and just want a smart plan to follow. -
Q5. How is Nutrition Coaching Only different from your other coaching?
Nutrition Coaching Only focuses purely on food structure and consistency. You get:A personalized nutrition framework (macros or portions),
Weekly check-ins,
Adjustments based on progress,
Light Mon–Fri DM support.
No training program is included. You can pair this with Program Only or a guide if you want.
Q6. What is Maintenance Coaching (for Graduates)?
Maintenance Coaching is for clients who have already completed a full program or coaching block and want to maintain results and keep progressing with less intensity.
It usually includes:1 call per month,
Weekly check-ins,

Light Mon–Fri DM support.
Q7. What’s the difference between Strength Club and Monthly Coaching Circle?
Strength Club (Monthly Programs)
You get new monthly strength programs (home + gym options), video cues, and a progression system.
Best if you want a fresh plan every month and can self-motivate.
Monthly Coaching Circle (Group Q&A + Community)
You join live/group Q&A coaching calls, community support, monthly themes, and access to replays.
Best if you need accountability, answers, and support—but don’t need 1:1.

Q9. Do I need a gym membership for your programs?
Not always.4-Week Menopause Reset Kickstart and 12-Week Strength Foundations for Women 35+ can be done with home or gym options (you’ll see that in the product description).
Program Only will specify if it’s home-based, gym-based, or includes both.
Q10. I’m a complete beginner. Is this too advanced for me?
No. The Beginner Menopause Guide – Foundations and 12-Week Strength Foundations for Women 35+ are designed specifically to be beginner-friendly. You’ll get clear instructions and progressive structure. -
Q11. What does “weekly check-in + DM support (Mon–Fri, light)” mean?
It means:Once a week you submit a check-in (form/message).
I review and give you adjustments, feedback, or next steps.
You can send short questions or updates via DM Monday–Friday, and I respond within 24–48 business hours during 9–5 pm (weekdays).
It’s support—not 24/7 emergency coaching.
Q12. How do you communicate with clients?
Depending on the service, we’ll use email, WhatsApp, and/or Instagram DM. You’ll get clear instructions after you sign up. -
Q13. Do you offer refunds?
No.Guides and digital products: all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
Coaching, programs, and sessions: no refunds once the service has started.

Q14. Is there a minimum commitment for coaching or subscriptions?
Some coaching options (like ongoing 1:1/maintenance) have a 3-month minimum commitment.
Subscriptions like Strength Club or Monthly Coaching Circle are billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next billing date.
Q15. What happens if a payment fails?
Your access may be paused until payment is updated. If you return after a lapse, a 25% reactivation fee may apply (as outlined in the terms). -
Q16. How do I access my guides and programs?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with your access/download link and/or instructions to log into the platform used for that product. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam/promotions folder.Q17. What if I lose my link or can’t download?

Q18. Is this medical advice?
No. Everything I offer is coaching and education, not medical care. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. You should always work with your healthcare provider for labs, medications, HRT decisions, and medical conditions.Q19. Do I need medical clearance?
Yes. You are responsible for confirming you have medical clearance for exercise and lifestyle changes before starting any program.Q20. Do you work with everyone?

Q21. How fast will I see results?
Some people feel improvements in energy, structure, and mindset within a couple of weeks. Physical changes (body composition, strength, measurements) depend on consistency, sleep, stress, and lifestyle. No program can guarantee specific results, but everything I design is built for realistic, sustainable progress.Q22. What if I hit a plateau?
Many of my offers—especially the Full Hormone Guide – Menopause Reset Blueprint and longer programs—include “plateau dials” (training, food, steps, recovery) so you know what to adjust instead of panicking or giving up.
